1. What GulfBudget is
GulfBudget is an offline, manual-entry personal budgeting utility. It is not a bank, payment provider, money-transfer service, lender, broker, exchange, accountant, tax adviser, zakat adviser, or financial adviser. Figures, forecasts, and summaries are informational estimates based only on the information you enter.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking your entries and any decisions you make using them. GulfBudget should not be used as the sole record for tax, legal, accounting, lending, or investment decisions. Confirm important figures with the relevant institution or a qualified professional.
3. Local data and availability
Your data is stored only on your device and is intentionally not backed up by GulfBudget. You are responsible for your device and passcode. Data can be lost if the device or app is erased, lost, damaged, replaced, or becomes inaccessible. The app is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
4. Acceptable use and changes
Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it. We may improve, change, or discontinue features, and will update these terms when a material change requires it. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.

١. ما هو GulfBudget
GulfBudget أداة شخصية تعمل دون اتصال لإدارة الميزانية بالإدخال اليدوي. ليس بنكاً أو مزود دفع أو خدمة تحويل أموال أو مقرضاً أو وسيطاً أو صرافة أو محاسباً أو مستشاراً ضريبياً أو زكوياً أو مالياً. الأرقام والتوقعات والملخصات تقديرات معلوماتية تعتمد فقط على ما تدخله.
٢. مسؤوليتك
أنت مسؤول عن مراجعة إدخالاتك وأي قرارات تبنيها عليها. لا تستخدم GulfBudget كسجل وحيد لقرارات ضريبية أو قانونية أو محاسبية أو ائتمانية أو استثمارية، وتحقق من الأرقام المهمة لدى الجهة المعنية أو مختص مؤهل.
٣. البيانات المحلية وتوفر التطبيق
تُحفظ بياناتك على جهازك فقط ولا يحتفظ GulfBudget بنسخة احتياطية منها. أنت مسؤول عن جهازك ورمز دخوله، وقد تفقد البيانات عند مسح الجهاز أو التطبيق أو فقدانه أو تلفه أو استبداله. يُقدم التطبيق كما هو متاح من دون ضمان عمله بلا انقطاع أو أخطاء.
٤. الاستخدام والتغييرات
لا تسئ استخدام التطبيق أو تعطّله أو تحاول فكّه إلا بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون صراحة. قد نطور الميزات أو نغيرها أو نوقفها، وسنحدّث هذه الشروط عند حدوث تغيير جوهري. لا تحد هذه الشروط من حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية المقررة قانوناً.
